Terms & Conditions
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The accessories can stay on display for up to three months from the install date. At that time, I’ll come to pick up the accessories even if your house has not sold unless you’d like to purchase the accessories or continue to rent them at a rate of $97 per month until your house sells or you cancel the rental. If you wish to keep the accessories, either at the end of the rental period or after your house sells, just pay an additional $97 to purchase the accessories and the entire package will be yours to keep.
By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that the accessories are owned by Main Stage and are for display purposes only. The accessories should not be used in any other manner or for any other purpose. You further acknowledge and agree that accessories shall remain at your residence during the entire rental period and shall not be moved within or removed from your residence, except by Main Stage. You acknowledge that Main Stage reserves the right to remove accessories from your residence upon discovery of any infestations of mold, rodents, bugs or insects. Main Stage has complete discretion in the selection and placement of the accessories. You understand that all pieces, and the design choices of Main Stage, may not be to your personal taste or liking.
You understand and agree that, while home staging techniques are proven to be an effective method of presenting a residence in a manner that will appeal to a wide range of buyers, Main Stage cannot guarantee that the home staging service will ensure that your residence will sell faster or at all, or that it will sell at a higher market value or at any price.
Failure to schedule your appointment within 30 days of purchase will result in cancelation of your project and your payment will not be refunded.
